Terms of service

Draft, last updated October 15, 2026

Draft. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not final. Highlighted parts are still to be confirmed.

Who we are

DuelSeries (duelseries.com, "we", "us") runs this site. You can reach us at playduelseries@gmail.com.

Who can play

You must be at least 21 years old, and playing skill games for money must be legal where you live. It is up to you to check the law that applies to you. [places where paid play is not offered]

Your account and wallet

You sign in with Privy, using a Google account or an email address. Signing in creates a Solana wallet that only you control. Your wallet address is your account here. We never hold your money and never have your keys.

Keep your sign-in secure. Anything sent from your wallet is final: transfers on the Solana network cannot be reversed by you, by us or by anyone else.

Money

Free play and events

Free games cost nothing and pay nothing. The nightly Battle Royale is free to enter; the last player left wins $20, paid to their wallet in SOL.

Rooms, free or paid, may include computer players run by us. In a paid room one may carry the room's stake, funded by us, which whoever knocks it out wins. They never cash out and are never paid: money one picks up drops back into play when it is knocked out, and if it leaves the room any other way, that money goes back to the players it came from, never to us. In a room they played in, money nobody picks up goes back to the player who dropped it.

Fair play

Win with your own skill. Bots, scripts, modified game clients, playing several accounts together and teaming up against other players are not allowed. We watch for them. [what happens to results and payouts when cheating is found]

The service

Games run on our servers and can be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or bugs. The site is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. [limits of liability]

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
