Privacy policy

Draft, last updated October 15, 2026

Draft. This policy has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not final. Highlighted parts are still to be confirmed.

What we keep

Signing in

Privy runs sign-in and creates your wallet. When you sign in with Google or an email address, Privy handles those details under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

Some game pages use PostHog to show us how the site is used, including recordings of sessions with anything you type hidden.

What is public

Your player name, earnings, games played, time played and rank appear on the leaderboard and on your profile. Everything sent to or from your wallet is recorded on the Solana network, which anyone can read.

On your device

Your browser stores your player name, your skin and a few display preferences so they are there next time. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

Who else handles it

Only the services that run the site: Privy (sign-in and wallets), Amazon Web Services (our servers), Helius (our connection to the Solana network) and PostHog (analytics). We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

[retention period]

Your choices

You can change your player name in Settings and sign out at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to playduelseries@gmail.com. Records on the Solana network cannot be deleted by anyone.
